About Us
KStar Design had it's official start on May 15th, 2003 and was formerly known as "KStar Solutions". Our design studio is located in Ottawa, ON, Canada. This fresh new company is committed to providing high quality graphic design services to its clients at affordable and fair rates.
Here are some of our company policies that demonstrate this commitment:
- We charge hourly rates and charge fairly for the amount of work that is actually being done, unlike other companies who charge a client a flat rate (usually a large one) to create something that only takes them a short time.
- We provide all clients with an accurate Time Log that reports the work we did for them, and we never "pad" our hours. We don't believe in making customers pay for our coffee or lunch breaks!
- We are committed to finding the best possible services and materials for our clients and research options for them so they know they are getting the best we can find.
- We provide original graphics created exclusively for the clients so they know that they will have a unique product, web presence, or design.
- We have artistic and creative talent as well as technical talent. This unique combination results in products/designs that are pleasing to the eye and to the mind.
